I want to a moment to let you know how satisfied I have been with the services provided by Title Resolutions since its inception. You should know that I plan to continue using the services in the future. Each time I have used Title Resolutions I have found a very professional atmosphere yet a very friendly and competent staff.
The closing date is very important for me and my clients: it is the moment in which they take possession of their new homes and all the anxieties brought on by the buying process disappear. They are there to rejoice. A closing that does not go well reflects mostly on the Realtor, the most visible person in the buying process, and could affect the relationship with the clients. "Real Estate agents always approach the closing with anticipation and
concern. At the last moment some unforeseen problem can pop up and derail
the conclusion of the real estate transaction.
This happened to me, about 7 hours before the closing. We did not have a
clear title and couldn't close until things were made right. A few minutes
later Angie Black, a sales representative of Title Resolutions came to my
office asking to see me. Before she had a chance to tell me about the
services her company offered, I told her what had just happened. She
said..."call Louis Valencia...he can help". I did and he was very helpful
and knowledgeable. One title company said they had no idea how to solve the
title problem but Louis told me it was not a question of "if" but "when". He
was right. 4 weeks later, we had our problem resolved and the closing
occured. The first time home buyers were thrilled that they got the home
they have been wanting and the seller is now a huge fan of title searches.
